Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
 
How long does it take to process an order?
 
Merchandise is made to order, so we ask that you please allow 10-14 business days for orders to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to get orders fulfilled as quickly as possible.  Please understand we are a small team of humans working to get all orders processed!  Your patience is appreciated!

Digital Product Shipping Policy

We send an email containing links to all digital items within 1 hour of purchase. To download digital products, you will either need the email with the link or you can also access files from your shop account.  To log into your shop account, please use the following link:

Order Cancellation Policy
Unfortunately, orders can’t be cancelled once they are submitted.
 
Physical Product refund/exchange policy
If there is an issue with your physical product order, please reach out to christie@thesocialeasel.com within 7 days of receiving your order. 
 
We ask that you please send your order number, a description of the issue, and a picture of the damaged item. We will review the issue and, if we find there was an error or the product is defective, we will issue a refund/exchange to correct the problem.
 
 
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
 
All of our orders are shipped using either First Class or Priority Mail via USPS.
 
For your convenience, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, when items are shipped.
 
For our Local Customers
We do offer a pickup option for our customers that are located local to Ozark MO.
An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup and then we can set up a date/time for pickup.
 
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
 
Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping outside of the USA.
